Marcus Tilgner wins in Stockholm

Marcus Tilgner became this sunday the first player to win a tournament in Sweden. The Stockholm tournament was part of the WASPA circuit and attracted players from Sweden, Australia, france, Italy, Finland and Sweden. The event was played in the O'Leary restaurant and the 8 competitors could play a good number of games as the tournament was set up as a group of 8. The top 2 qualified for the final and int he decisive game, Marcus Tilgner beat France's David Cremoux (1-0). It was a good day for the sport and for the game of subbuteo.
