Monthly rankings and statistics of February 2017

Dear all,

here are the monthly standings of the WASPA circuit.

Golden book in PDF format

February was a bit calmer than January with "only" 24 regional tournaments, 2 promotional tournaments, 2 tournaments with the old rules, 1 leg of the NETFA Brigantes circuit and the first ever WASPA "test match" held in the US between Paul O'Donovan Rossa and Benji Batten (Australia).

Players in Greece
We were glad to see our Greek friends from Thessaloniki being involved again in the WASPA circuit. Australia, Cyprus and Singapore were the most active nations with 3 regional tournaments while Belgium, England, Greece and South Africa had 2. In total, we have had events in 14 different countries. We currently have 1623 players from 45 nations in the rankings and we are very excited to see the first tournament in Buenos Aires, Argentina coming up on March 18.

News are not always very positive. We have read sad news from Australia. You can read Steve Dettre's post on his Facebook group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/854801904538974/permalink/1450485491637276/

If some players in the WASPA circuit can do a little something to help Harley Ullrich. If anyone overseas wants to donate, you transfer into his PayPal account. Anything is appreciated. PayPal: harleyullrich@yahoo.com

Well, that's all for now. I hope you will love the statistics, results and rankings.

WASPA is also looking for partners. If you know any company ready to support us (we don’t ask for money but we want some win-win agreements so that we can promote each other), don't hesitate to contact me at vincent.cop@rsca.com

Ideas to develop the WASPA circuit or to make things more attractive are always welcome. We stay at your disposal for more info.

Yours sincerely,
Vincent Coppenolle (vincent.cop@rsca.com)
